هدف تحقيق حاضر، شناسایی و تعیین راهکارها و موانع هم افزایی فعالیت های خانواده و مدرسه برای ارتقاء تربیت دینی در دوره ابتدایی از طریق بررسی نظرات گروهی از کارشناسان شریت دینی، متخصصان حوزه های علوم تربیتی، روانشناسی، علوم اسلامی و مدیران و معلمان موفق است. طرح این تحقيق کیفی و با خصوصيت مبنانی و تحلیل محتوای آن جهت دار و به شیوه تحليلي- تفسيري است. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات، از مصاحبه سازمان یافته با کارشناسان، پیرامون راهکارها و موانع هم افزایی خانه و مدرسه جهت ارتقا تربیت دینی کودکان بهره گرفته شد. پس از ارزیابی مصاحبه‌ها و استخراج مقوله ها با انجام مقایسه مستمربین مفاهيم، مقولاتی که با یکدیگر هم پوشانی داشته اند، یکی شده و ذیل یک عنوان کلی تر ارائه شده اند. یافته های تحقیق در قالب راهکارها، عوامل و فرصت های تربیت دینی در رابطه خانه و مدرسه و موانع و تهدیدهای رابطه خانه و مدرسه شکل گرفت. راهکارهای عوامل و فرصت ها شامل محصول و برنامه ها (آشناسازی خانه و مدرسه با مؤلفه های تربیت دینی، شامل کادر مدرسه با والدین، اعتماد سازی این خانه و مدرسه، تقسیم وظایف ، كادر مدرسه، خانواده ها و انجمن اولیا و مدرسه و خانواده، فوق برنامه و اوقات فراغت، توانمندسازي مربیان می باشد، موانع و تهدیدهای موجود در رابطه خانه و مدرسه شامل (تهدیدهای ناشی از عدم آشنایی والدین و مربیان با مؤلفه های تربیت دینی، تهدیدهای ناشی از اوضاع و شرایط فرهنگی اجتماعی جامعه، تهدیدهای ناشی از کاستی های موجود در فعالیت های مشارکتی کادر مدرسه و تهدیدهای ناشی از کاستی های موجود در فعالیت های مشارکتی والدین می باشد.

 

Abstract The purpose of this study is to identify and determine the strategies and barriers for co operating of family and school activities to promote the religious education of clementary students by Camining the views of a group of religious education experts (experts in the fields of education, psychology, Islamic sciences and successful managers and teachers. The approach of this research is qualitative and its attribute is exploratory and its content analysis is oriented in a descriptive interpretive way. To collect information, used a semi-organized interview with experts focused on strategies and bamiers for home school co-operation to promote religious educmion of children. Alter evaluating the interviews and extracting the categories, by continually comparing the data, the categories that overlap each other are combined and under a more general title is given. The findings of the study were formulated in the form of religious education factors and opportunities in relationship between home and school and barners and threats to the relationship between home and school Factor and opportunities include the principles and plans introducing the home and the school with the components of religious education, the relationship between the school staff and the parents, making trust beween the home and the school, the division of duties between school and family, extracurricular activities and leisure time, the empowerment of the Nehel stall, Families and parent and educators a c tion). The harriers and threats in the home school relationship include threats due to the lack of familiarity of parents and educators with the components of religious educion, the threats posed by the social and cultural conditions of society, the threats posed by the shortcomings in the school siall's elaborative activities and threats due to deficiencies in purental involvement activities).
