Abstract The Plan of the Circles of Righteous (Halaqa-e Salehin: PCR) is a cultural cocational programming growth and fineness of the educated persons as well as training the qualified for the Islamic Revolution. The PCR has been in pro s ince 2008 that aims at educating people who can assist the Islamic Governmental different times and locaties and help to achieve its goals. However, due to the problems that the PCR is facing with the goals behind it have not been fully achieved. Hence, the researcher is seeking to accurately evaluate the results of this program, especially when it is observed that of a Nudy is implemented in this regard. This research can draw a realistic view for the administrative authorities of the PORSO that they could improve the quality of the program and therefore, manage it helter Moreover other educational institutions may take an example of the PCR upon which they could be successful in educating and training students. The meihod used for this research is a phenomenological method in which achieved thrcegh interviewing successful administrators and trainers. The purpose behind this study is to investigate and evaluate the PCR, in order to improves aus, well as to pre relas education in iis agenda In the first chapter we define the concepts, in the second chapter we address fundamental and principals of religious uphringing and PCR third chapter is dedic med to explain metodology and at last we demonstrate the closure and results in the forth chapter. The findings of the research indicate that the PCR has been relatively successful in this purpose, and if the obstacles and deficiency mentioned in this research are taken seriously and resolved, the PCR will fully achieve its goal
